IR12 is the compact Indoor Infrared Sauna in HACHILL’s range. The listed specifications include a 1300 × 1200 × 1900 mm overall size, W1190 × D1165 × H1710 mm internal reference, 1–2 person catalog capacity and a 1,450 W heating reference.
Start by asking whether this compact capacity and enclosure are already sufficient. If they are, verify the finished room, inspect the visible emitter and bench layout, and confirm the electrical configuration for the actual order before stepping up to IR13.

The 1–2 person figure is a catalog capacity classification. It does not by itself guarantee identical seating comfort, operating pattern or commercial throughput for every project.
The 1,450 W figure is useful for early product and electrical planning. Confirm voltage, frequency, phase, amperage, circuit size, protection, controls, warm-up time and installed performance for the ordered configuration.
Start with the requirement IR12 must satisfy. If 1–2 person capacity is enough, the 1300 × 1200 mm overall footprint works for the room brief, and the photographed interior arrangement suits the intended use, there is no reason to move to the larger model just because its numbers are bigger.
Step up only when IR12 is genuinely insufficient. Compare IR13 when the project needs the larger 3–4 person capacity class, more cabin space, or an interior arrangement that IR12 does not meet.

IR13 is a capacity-and-enclosure step-up, not a performance ranking derived from wattage. The 1,450 W and 5,250 W references alone do not indicate faster heating, higher temperature, stronger infrared, better efficiency or greater comfort.
Use the 1300 × 1200 × 1900 mm overall reference as the first physical room-fit screen. Confirm finished width, depth and height before moving deeper into configuration review.
Check doorway dimensions, corridors, turns, level changes, ceiling restrictions and the assembly path. A smaller final footprint does not guarantee an unrestricted delivery or assembly path.
After placement, the room still needs workable user access, ventilation context, electrical and control interfaces, assembly access and future service access. A bathroom or spa-style visualization does not confirm wet-location approval; moisture and nearby-water conditions require separate project confirmation.
IR12 is already identified as an Indoor Infrared Sauna, so its real product images can be used to inspect the visible arrangement of emitter surfaces relative to the compact seating area.
Review the visible side and wall relationships, bench and floor context, and the way the photographed hardware sits around the seating zone. These observations help with layout review, but confirm emitter count, material, wavelength, spectrum, output per panel, wiring topology, heat distribution or therapeutic coverage.
Use the 1300 × 1200 × 1900 mm overall reference and W1190 × D1165 × H1710 mm internal reference for early comparison. The final approved drawing and quoted Infrared hardware/electrical configuration should define the actual order.
Start the quotation by confirming whether IR12 already meets the project: intended users, finished room dimensions, doorway and access constraints, ventilation context, service access and whether IR13 is also being evaluated.
The 1,450 W reference is not enough to finalize electrical installation. Confirm the applicable supply, control configuration, protection requirements, included Infrared components, final hardware arrangement and required project documents for the actual order.
If the project does not need more than IR12’s 1–2 person class and compact enclosure, keep IR12 as the working candidate rather than stepping up automatically.
