Who BS14 Is Designed For
BS14 is a commercial-investigation page for distributors, sauna brands and wellness projects comparing a mid-range outdoor barrel format. Capacity is only the starting label. Evaluate the opposing benches, usable walkway, finished footprint, access route, foundation, drainage, exposure and approved heater package as one system.
The photographs document one BS14 sample. Visible glazing, controls, lighting, heater enclosure and other components are included only when identified in the approved quotation and model record.
Wholesale
Assess BS14 against the target market, range position, configuration and required evidence.
OEM / Private Label
Define branding, finish, packaging and document requirements before option feasibility is confirmed.
Commercial Projects
Coordinate site access, base, heater/electrical responsibility and handoff before order approval.
Approval Boundary
Materials, certifications, included accessories, packaging, MOQ, lead time and warranty remain quotation-controlled fields.
Separate confirmed planning inputs from drawing values that still need revision control. This avoids turning conflicting source sheets into an unsupported final specification.
Model
BS14 outdoor barrel sauna.
Marketed Capacity
4 people. Validate against the approved bench layout and intended user flow.
Format
Outdoor barrel sauna with opposing benches and glazed areas shown in the supplied photos.
Planned Heater Route
6-8 kW. Confirm heater model, controls, voltage, frequency, clearances and local electrical responsibility.
Dimension Status
Two supplied drawings use different overall reference values. Issue one approved drawing before site preparation or production release.
Verification Boundary
Confirm the model record, commercial scope and destination-market requirements before quotation.
BS14 Exterior and Interior Views
Use these views to inspect the photographed unit’s form, glazing, walkway, benches and lighting. Final production scope must match the approved quotation and drawing.
Front three-quarter view
Review the circular body, glazed entry, base supports and visible exterior finish on the photographed unit.
Rear glass view
Rear view showing the glazed wall and barrel profile; the final glazing scope must be stated in the quotation.
Interior and glass wall
Interior view showing the opposing bench arrangement, central walkway and glazed wall.
Bench and lighting
Close view of the wooden bench and illuminated backrest area shown on this sample.
Dimensions and Drawing Control
One supplied front/back sheet labels a 1,800 mm circular envelope. A separate overall sheet labels 2,100 mm width, 1,800 mm depth and 2,100 mm height. These may use different reference points or revisions, so neither set should control site preparation until HACHILL issues one approved drawing.
Before approval, confirm the drawing number and revision, product-only envelope, base and roof reference points, door swing, delivery access, foundation, drainage, heater clearances, ventilation and service space.
Close-up images support configuration and receiving discussions, but they do not replace a controlled bill of materials, electrical record or written inclusion list.
Heater and bench detail
The photographed heater enclosure and bench are inspection evidence only; confirm the exact heater package and clearances for the order.
Interior control panel
Confirm the approved controller, electrical configuration, functions and destination-market document scope.
Ventilation grille
Review ventilation position and component finish, then confirm the complete ventilation plan for the selected installation.
