2–4 PERSON BARREL SAUNAS / WHOLESALE / PROJECT SUPPLY

2–4 Person Barrel Saunas for Wholesale & Projects

HACHILL’s current small-group Outdoor Barrel Sauna range includes BS14 and BS15. Use this page after the project has already been narrowed to an outdoor Barrel Sauna for approximately 2–4 users.

BS14 is the current 4-person route. BS15 is the current 3–4 person route. BS14 still requires controlled-drawing confirmation before site-critical dimensions are used, while BS15 has a verified current external envelope on its exact model page.

Use this route when: the Barrel format is already selected and the remaining model decision is BS14 versus BS15.

BS14 VS BS15

Choose Between BS14 & BS15 for the 2–4 Person Route

Use marketed capacity first, then consider how much dimensional certainty the project needs before committing the site. Exact dimensions, heater details, construction and supplied components remain with the individual product pages.

BS14

BS14 · 4 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna

Four-person Barrel route. Start with BS14 when the project is specifically centered on four marketed users. Keep site-critical width, depth and height decisions open until the controlled drawing is confirmed.

BS15

BS15 · 3–4 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna

3–4 person Barrel route. Start with BS15 when that marketed user range fits the project and its current verified external envelope provides a useful early planning basis.

SMALL-GROUP RANGE SNAPSHOT

See the Two Small-Group Options Side by Side

This comparison does not declare one model physically larger than the other. BS14’s current dimensional references have not yet been reconciled into one controlled planning basis, so direct size ranking would be premature.

WHICH MODEL TO REVIEW FIRST

Use Capacity & Planning Certainty to Pick the First Model

The useful distinction is not a long specification checklist. It is whether the project is better aligned with the 4-person route or the current 3–4 person route, and how much verified site information is needed before moving forward.

Start With BS14 When…

Choose BS14 as the first model to review when the requirement is specifically centered on four marketed users, BS14 is already named in the brief, and the project can keep exact site dimensions open until the controlled drawing is confirmed.

Start With BS15 When…

Choose BS15 as the first model to review when the 3–4 person marketed route fits the project and its current verified external envelope is useful for early placement review before moving into the full exact-model specification.

SELECTION-SPECIFIC SITE CHECKS

Test the Installation Area Against Each Model Route

This section only covers site conditions that can change the BS14-versus-BS15 decision. Broader Outdoor Barrel planning remains with the parent Barrel and Outdoor Sauna pages.

Available Placement Area

Measure the area that can realistically receive the sauna and identify nearby walls, structures, deck or platform context and obvious clearance constraints. For BS14, do not lock the site to an exact model envelope until the controlled drawing is confirmed.

Delivery & Assembly Access

Check vehicle access, gates, narrow paths, turns, steps or slopes and the working area around the final location. A suitable finished position does not automatically mean the delivery route is suitable.

Dimensional Certainty Before Site Commitment

For BS14, keep site-critical dimensional decisions open until its current drawing references are reconciled. For BS15, use the verified exact-model information when a current dimensional basis is required.

Utility Constraints That Could Affect Selection

Share known information about the intended heating route, electrical context, ventilation and utility access. Final heater and utility requirements remain tied to the selected exact model.

SMALL-GROUP PROJECT INPUTS

Share the Inputs Needed to Compare These Two Models

Start with enough information to determine whether BS14 or BS15 is the better route and what still needs confirmation. A full technical package is not required before the model is selected.

Preferred Model or User Range

Include BS14 or BS15 if already preferred, intended users, application, destination market, quantity and target timing. If the model is still open, the user range is enough to start.

Site & Access

Share the available installation area, site photos or a simple layout, delivery route, gates or restricted access and any placement constraints. If BS14 is under review, note that final site-critical dimensions still need the controlled drawing.

Share Heater & Utility Information

Include known project information about the intended heater direction, electrical context, ventilation, utility routing and service access. Exact requirements can remain open until the selected model is reviewed.

Quantity, Branding & Documents

For wholesale, OEM or project supply, include quantity, private labeling or branding, packaging, finish or customization, drawings, required project documents and destination requirements.

BARREL PLANNING REFERENCES

NEXT MODEL DECISION

Choose a Product Page or Send the Site Brief

If the project is centered on a marketed 4-person Barrel Sauna, review BS14 and keep exact site-critical dimensions open until its controlled drawing is confirmed.

If the project fits the current 3–4 person Barrel route, review BS15 and use its exact-model information for the next level of planning.

If the capacity requirement extends outside these two small-group routes, return to the full Barrel Sauna range rather than forcing BS14 or BS15 into the project.
